There must be some ndardized process of tackling a complex subject matter field industry. What other steps, the typical steps that a designer follows when they want to immerse themselves in the field? Oh, msa, i'm so glad you asked. So it is a 15 step process, which people hta, er lalikeoh, my gosh. Process in like, there's a lot of like push back on a strict process, because, of course, you always have to adapt it and costomize it for for whatever the context is and the project is.
