The Strong Points in Favor of Illusionism
I take illusionism very seriously, even though I do also find it impossible to accept. It may well turn out that we can solve the meta-problem of consciousness by explaining why we make reports and judgments about consciousness without requiring consciousness in the explanation. The flip side is this very flat footed line, the consciousness is a data. But yeah, again, at least the illusionist can explain why we can try to explain why we would say such thing.
