Metaphors Around Way Finding

Way finding is a way of noticing what you are spontaneously drawn towards, and then intentionally doing that anyway. It reminds me of some of the stuff in mark's protocols, like, but a very specific way of applying that to meta. Mark talks about this kind of approach in meditation as being really forcy with meditation. And i don't know if this metaphor is going to appeal its a lot of other people, but for me, thiss like a very rich, a very rich metaphor. I see it as sort of a way to combat subtle kinds of coersion between self and others.
