How to Speak to the People You Want to Work With

A lot of coaches stop talking to who they really want to work with out of fear that there aren't enough of those people. You've got to always make sure you're thinking about the person who wants your offer, not the person who doesn't. And then you want to use simple basic language. No cliched coach speak.
