Suppost: How do you capture feedback from people you don't know who they are? Great question. I don't have a magic answer for that, but I'll tell you how I think about it and how we try to solve it. We're seeing a lot of companies put chat and conversational dialogue on their website. To be perfectly honest, I never engage with those when I'm browsing around a website. But that's the example we're trying to do is pulling the analytics and that qualitative data into that conversation.
