Pico was basically attacking Arabic astrologers like Abu Masha for diverging from the Greek tradition. They were also using other Greek scholars like Dorotius of Sidon, which the Eunice didn't yet know. So a good number of Eunice actively engaged and promoted Arabic sciences. That is, we don't have two clear-cut camps here. It's really intertwined.
