Grilled Peaches - How Do You Prepare Them?
Willwell says you don't need a lot of cooking to make peaches char. The grill needs to be very hot and clean, but they don't stak t. You can give them a little lick of oil, a bit of season,. What i think is always really nicest to give a bit of char, take it off, and then like, a tiny bit of either lemon juice or like, red wine vinegar, but a really light one. And then a bit of salt. It works a charm with watermelon as well.
