Why Customers Don't Care

When adobe and microsoft came out with their cloud services there, you know, hosted, what they would call managed services or hosted services. But it was basically just installed software available in some hosted data center somewhere. Nobody cared about that stuff. And i think this is exactly the same thing. Customers aren't going to care. As long as they get what they need, as long as they getting the service that they need,. It just doesn't matter.
