The Untapped Potential of Al Qaeda

The Islamic State's ability to co-op the ADF, certainly a major coup for the Islamic State gave them access to an area. I think that was really untapped for for Al Qaeda. They probably should have invested more in these these the African states that aren't their bread and butter. But they became a little narrow minded. It was easier to operate in those areas.
