In a previous life in Paris, I used to do cabaret. So Mulan Rouge cabaret is how you imagine that the typical Parisian cabaret with all the ladies with their boobs out and the feathers. There's music involved in your book as well, isn't it? Yeah. A composer, a friend who would already done stuff at Xavier Busi and also a pianist, Sebastian Jolie. And we did two songs for the book. One of them is called Snopball Disco, which is like a fun disco-y number.
My friend Anna has written a book for children (7+) which has a full publishing contract and is available in all good bookshops now. The book tells the story of a boy who accidentally creates a monster when his secret collection of nose bogeys gets struck by lightning! This conversation includes lots of talk of snot and bogeys, as well as stories from Anna's time as a travel writer.
