Dealing With Burn Out
I think that very much depends on the person, but i kno, like for myself, personally, i kind of cut a lot of things off. It's important to know what relaxes you and puts you at ease. And once again, kind of lines with your values, where you can just be yourself as a person without these obligations that are putting strain on you. But another thing to explore thereto is to figure out what energizes you again. Is a realy big part of my own sort of recovery journey too.
