It is not a clean process. As we say in our petition, we make the differentiation between race and ancestry. And ancestry is genetic, and you can group people based on ancestry. It's when you start looking at people's skin color, or having some one talk about the wayth t they were raised, where it becomes difficult to use that biologically. I think anotherlight eother issue with that is that when the person identifies it, they don't know what the implication of that is," she said.
