Open Theism - What Is It?
Molinism is growing in appeal amongst Christian philosophers. A great many biblical theologians are moving towards a more unorthodox conception of God's foreign knowledge, that being the open view or the open theist view. There are three basic variants of open theism. The first is that of the essentially unrestricted omniscience view whereby God knows everything about everything in an unrestricted sense but his knowledge of the future is open ended since the future itself is open ended.
