How to Decode a Gene and Decode It

In order to get DNA from individuals, one made EBV cell lines. And so during the time that I was in Israel, I had made 347 EBV lines. For each person, I had three flasks, T25 flasks, which are the smallish tissue culture flasks. That only gave us a rough approximation of where the gene was. But then was really the next adventure and then of itself too.
