Lucid Dreaming - What's Wild?
The easiest way to do this is to wake up in the middle of the night, like around 3 or 4 in the morning. You may enter a sleep paralysis state, which is just what your body naturally does. If you're able to cross over and continue that state of consciousness while your body falls asleep, you'll find yourself in the dream immediately. That's the wild method. I am not great at it.
