What's So Unsettling About the Salem Wigh Trials?

In the salem wigh trials, people accused were already presumed to be guilty. The physical conditions and bodydisabilities were turned into not just a justification for a guilty verdict, but also a justification for not producing a not guilty verdict. This would have hindered the process of declaring these people guilty and executing them. And it is veryinteresting to see, because at least a someone who is not from the united states, i think that it's very interesting to seejust how much this was used as an excuse.
