I think all these kind of beginner mistakes aren't really something that you can avoid just by getting advice from, from the people. Everyone has to make the mistakes and learn from their experience before they truly like get it. But I think by educating people on the pitfalls and the solutions, they will learn from their mistakes more quickly. And probably the, you mentioned the meditation side of things too, probably helps to kind of stay in present and being here now with what you're doing. Totally. Instead I wrapped up in thoughts about how I wish I was better than I am. Yeah. Damn lucky mind.
