The Politics of Climate Change

Renewable energy has gotten so much cheaper such that it doesn't seem like such an expense now to reduce emissions. So maybe it's the general phenomenon that as these technologies become cheaper, the politics of the issue might continue to change. I guess my take on this is like a lot of the early investments and renewables were actually not motivated by climate change, funnily enough. But yeah, I think ultimately, technology costs was often kind of the driver of making things more politically feasible.
