What Would You Say to a Job Applicant?
Ai tools that are makig every attempt to be fair and accurate in ways that humans try to be. That would be positive a aspect of ai in the future, as we continue to velop tools that are effective. I think there's also the applicant perceptions of the hiring process will evolve as much as the decisions that are made from a i will evolve. So it'll be interesting to see how humans merge with ai as they permeate a selection.
