How Do Bias in Neural Models Impact a Prompt Engineer's Job?
Bias in neural models is, it's not a new phenomenon, right? We have seen this for, I mean, years, basically since neural models have been around. And so that ends up being just a function of the data and kind of the almost very crude simplistic objectives that we're giving the models and they're using to train them. It becomes problematic because when you have maybe socially questionable outputs from a model, right? Like maybe stereotypes that are being reinforced,. Or like ethically questionable outcomes that the model is generating.
