Is Forensic Profiling of a Killer the Only Evidence Used to Charge Someone?

Not once did Paul Britain suggest that all of these crimes had been committed by the same person. It's just mind boggling. Sexual status are so rare, so rare. And these are all happening in the same area with the same emo and not once. At the same time, does he say maybe we're looking for one guy? You cannot make that argument here. How this happened is just absolutely horrifying.
