The word entrepreneurship can be really scary, Shauna says. "We don't get into doing the work of being in people's lives in some of their most difficult and painful moments to not help," she adds. When you know that problem and you make friends with it, you're going to be a fantastic designer of what a solution is,. Now you've got that solution. We go to that business case to say, okay, so how do we monetize this? And I think the biggest thing is you find partners.
