i was coaching some real estate agents in new york city, corkan group. The agents were saying, like, we need to be on call 24 seven. And i'm like, i think you have more control than you think. It is amazing how many world class leaders are available at either one o'clock or three o'clock on a wednesday afternoon. They never gave themselves that choice. So what i said to the real estate agents was, listen, just say, i generally sometimes time is in the essence,.
