Is Your Strength Training Going Down?
If you're doing three wads a day, take out one of those and replace it with a strength training. And then keep going and find your limit and say like hey is my shrink going up as a plateau? That's what I would say to that individual. Your training is just a mode to get you the best performance possible on game day.
