I think there was certainly a credible case to answer as to whether his actions constituted sexual assault or not it was about whether a condom broke. He did then also give an interview on the today program where he says I'm not saying that they're CIA stujes but I'm not not saying that either right which immediately led to all of the Wikileaks fans doxing them tracking them down threatening them. So is this a reason that he's locked up in Belmont? No it's not the reason he's lockedup in Belmont. They go and interview him they refuse to speak to him they refused absolutely to speak to him.
