Antimo Negari: In his dissertation on Theogeness, Nietzsche tried to present a coherent interpretation of the life and work of Theogeness. He says there's this ambivalence that we see between the desire to present the work as scientifically as possible in line with the scientific analytic approach to philology. And then he also wants to entertain suppositions and fantasies, to grasp the broad strokes of the picture,. What might be called in a broad sense, sac philology, a non-scientific, hermeneutical approach to the discipline.
