Small Increments of Change Will Affect Your Confidence

I'm not super confident, at least i don't consider myself to be confident. But i have definitely learnt that making mistakes is not a big deal, especially when it comes to foreign languages. So here's my advice, small increments of change will amount to a lot oertime. Do something very small every day, or every time you go outside. For example, whenever you go outside, say one english word to someone. If you're not in a situation to speak english, maybe ou could even try your native language.
