India is facing an international situation where all of these other more established players are willing to throw money at your fabrication. If India keeps some of its powder dry, so to speak, and weights another five years or more, I think at that time, you may see the spigots run dry in Europe and the US and probably Japan as well. The other issue of course is what kind of chip making capacity do you want in need? I don't know if every location needs the most advanced logic nodes.
