Microdose Everything
You can microdose your healthy habits. Do 30 seconds of pushups or sit-ups when you get up in the morning. Instead of promising yourself that you're going to sit for half an hour a day, say that you'll sit for 35 seconds right now. Microdose reading real books. You don't have to tear through a book a week. Sometimes just holding a book can be enough. Microdose dancing all alone in the dark or in the woods to a tune that moves you. Also, microdose being a bitch. It can be pretty fun. Don't forget you have that dark street.
