The History of Hamas

In 2005, the Israelis withdrew from Gaza and they put in the Palestinian Authority. In 2007, Hamas comes to power and in a violent, uh, uh, ousting as a word, they deposed the Palestinian Authority; people were thrown off roofs. Israel refused to let Hamas sleep, which was the best thing they could have done for Hamas because Hamas was a resistance group that basically bought just like Hezbollah and Lebanon.
