How to Succeed as an Independent Service Provider

I like to keep an eye on individuals in the organization that I like to keep my eye on with my direct reports and Alice, my VP of IT standing over there. And then I proactively like to reach out to them and just talk to them. Sometimes they give you something, a little spark. We should go improve parts this way. They have a pretty interesting idea. So then I take them and I'll put them in a little bit of a discovery special project and empower them to go do that. If it works out, it could become a...
