The Failure of Adversity in Medical Education

I always like to ask someone about a failure, something we don't talk a lot about in medicine. I think when you are sleep deprived or tired or dealing with other things in life, you may not always shine as your best self,. But life is long, careers are long. There's lots of opportunities. That is very timely advice for me to hear because the balance of life and medicine and family can be overwhelming. And now I'm an 80% funded health policy researcher at Penn.
