The Importance of Perspective in a Job

You know, I think I can say it's about perspective. It's about expectation. But that doesn't mean you just settle for something that sucks. And of course, the other thing we've not even discussed is the motivations of other people in this process. Whether or not that's the case, at the end of the day, you are still in a job. Maybe it could be better. Maybe you can make it better. Maybe it's not.
