The Importance of Realization Work
i wondered whether the unique function of medical working capitalism might might generate contradictions that labor law doesn't necessarily cater for particularly well so it seemed like a really really good case study to highlight my point. i was very aware already that of the dichotomy in treatment between shop assistants and factory workers despite them being called um or or compared to factory workers frequently but also i wanted to look at realization work because realization is is slightly interesting as it's clearly indispensable to the extraction of surplus value it's also one of the forms of work that has been most transformed by technology and algorithmic technologies which helped me understand contemporary manifestations of managerial power.
