Grush's Disinformation Op

There are two possibilities here. Either Grush is himself a conscious disinformation agent, or he has been duped by people who are disinformation agents. A stronger factor to my mind is his whistleblower complaint is filed under penalty of perjury. He's been promised that he won't be prosecuted when the story falls apart if it falls apart. And he still think that the balance of evidence given that he did sign thisunder penalty of perjury suggests he is sincere.
