Putting Clothes on Your Carbs

If we have carbs, so startures or sugars on their own, all the glucose in them gets into your stomach and then you're intestine and then your bloodstream very quickly. What we can do is what I call putting clothes on your carbs. My favorite ones to use are Greek yogurt when I eat something sweet. Nuts are also pretty good. And then when you eat something starchy, for example, pasta, rice, something like that, I would definitely go for green veggies. Make sure you have some eggs, some fish, some sort of vegan protein if you're vegan and then some healthy fats.
