Introduction
Programming languages are what programmers use to express themselves so that the computer can understand them. A programming language is a medium for a programmer to express themselves to the computer. So this is how a programmer is going to get the computer to do whatever it is that they want it to do. We'll think about the ways that programming languages are organized and see where the conversation takes us.
