“Is being bored a good enough reason to leave my job?” Boredom at work isn’t talked about enough, but we get this question all the time! Becoming apathetic towards work and settling into a comfortable role can happen before we even realize something is wrong! But if the goal is meaningful work, this can be a dangerous place to be. It’s much harder to leave a comfortable job than one that is obviously burning you out.
