Xihan: Russia is really in a bad geographic space. They've never really built that pipeline infrastructure, so they don't have it. It doesn't mean they can't, but it's basically akin to building another Trans-Siberian railroad and an enormous investment of Russia. I mean, they should do it, but, you know, it's just strategically. Traditionally, they've tried to do it more with Iran, which is easier to get to, and probably a little bit easier to manipulate.
