The Law of Discrimination in the US

Even before a case can get started in the US, the federal law of discrimination has a statute of limitations of mere months. Being able to sue individual perpetrators and their enablers jointly and severally with the institutions could shift the perceived incentives even more. Social standards for reasonableness and unwelomeness need to shift and they are beginning to alter. Supported by law, sincere revulsion against sexually harassing behavior - as opposed to revulsion at reports of it - could change workplaces or streets.
