The Importance of Early Switching

I really did like coach Cotter's thoughts on teaching switching early not because he necessarily likes switch but because it helps build the communication the cohesion that is important to winning so I thought that was also really interesting. Sometimes the best practices are messy and they're overly competitive or the drill's not perfect or whatever it is. Coach Wilvoit spoke well on was asking about kind of team toughness and you know we talked individual toughness and mental toughness was great. It's just the team is tough like the staff is tough like there's no chinks in the armor anywhere like you really got to beat that team.
