The Colston Four - The Sarah Everard Vigil

The case of the Sarah Everard vigil called Lee and the commission of police Lucy what happened there i think this case is interesting particularly because it involves weighing up article 10 and 11 rights that john has already discussed in the context of colston four activities. This case was a year after the kidnap rape and murder of sarah everard by a serving metropolitan police officer. The claimants challenged a series of decisions made by the metrapoliton police surrounding the vigil which ultimately led to the decision to cancel it. We don't want our courts to be overly politicised but it's not always easy to draw a clean line because values at what point, values and issues become quasi-political I totally agree
