The Gifts of Donald Wumsfeld

During the course of his training on site he requested to go into town to get a better feel and I'm remembering something that happened 20 years ago so if some of the listeners know about it I plead there might be some details. The person with him was killed to his his guard or his driver who was an American US military personnel. It was just a freak thing that he was deployed for a week or something like that to train people on site.
