100 influences from a learning perspective live at every level of your business. 83 percent of the best performing resources had a discussion enabled and on average there was 20 likes on those posts so we're essentially doing two things in a similar way to our LinkedIn example one we're building a collective brain because every time we comment we're adding to the debate, adds to the resource to help build it up and also we're building knowledge sharing culture. The fourth lesson from high performing teams is that again it might seem obvious but as we dig into this a bit more i think a lot of the themes we talked about have become clear  they encourage social learning and a validation of people who learn Socially.
