What Is Going Through My Mind About Product Led Sales?
In 2012 we had the largest banks in the world. They'd call us, but they'd we'd have, they'd almost be like 30 different customers. We treat that largely as a bunch of independent teams within these big businesses. If you could go back or if you started a company today knowing what you know, would you start the same way with this product led sales versus building a sales team? It's a lot easier to build a self service business first and add sales later, then build a sales driven business first and adding self serve later.
