Interviewing a Working Mother
When she's interviewing for jobs, if she chooses to move, she needs to interview her interviewers well. So much of this is dependent on the attitudes o management. She clearly is already working at a firm that has let her advance and is supporting her in an mba programme when she is a part time worker. If she can stick with that current company, where she already has a proven track record, i would advise her to do it. But you're right, if she decides to move to another firm, she must make sure it's a firm where there's a culture or flexible work - not just for working mammas, but for everyone. Yes, just be up front
