How Do We Receive Our Superpower?

In the book of acts, we see people speaking in tongues and prophesying. When you re whatever you receive in the spirit, you can literally airdrop it to other people. We have such a we have this idea that if you don't know it, if you haven't read it, you can't experience it. And what i'm getting at is, god's touching people that we counted out long time ago.
