The key insight of Bitwise is it's not a lack of motivation that keeps people from getting upskilled. So they are paid apprenticeships that help you with transportation and with childcare. And guess what? Six months later, when you've gone through the program, you gave up your minimum wage retail job or factory job, you've now doubled your salary. It contributes to the tax base. There's nobody who doesn't benefit from that kind of expanding the pie.
