The Master Risk Transferrer
Bob reuben was the former secretary of the us Treasury. He made more than a hundred and 20 million dollars leading up to the banking crisis. But then when those risks came to fruition, he actually didn't lose any of that. So he's what he calls a master risk transferrer. When things are going while in the system, he gets a little cut of the action. And all risks ae sort of in the future. If the risks come in the future and something actually happens, then, of course he doesn't have to pay for it but he does get the upside as things are going well.
