The Theory of Predictive Programming

Do you believe in the theory of predictive programming and if so, could you talk a little bit about it? Maybe I'm sure there's some people that don't know what that is. Well, if it's all digital, then they can just edit things out or even them completely. But if you have hard copies of things, then that might be a little bit of a contraband at some point though.
